She is not in fenced yard now and for the most part is good with the fosters other animals but she is trying to be alpha. She's not been around cats that we know of other than at the shelter and she seemed just curious. We are estimating her at 2 years old.
She needs an experienced Shepherd foster (she needs a strong pack leader to make her feel secure)
