He was being boarded at the clinic to be declawed before going to his new home. While there we began treatment for a urinary tract infection but I had a feeling that it was more complicated than that so we took an xray of his bladder. Sure enough, Louis has a couple of bladder stones. No more definate home for Louis

The good news, many bladder stones in cats can be desolved by using a special prescription diet. Louis will be on this diet for 4-6 weeks. As long as that works he will then be switched to another presciption diet that will prevent more stones or crystals from forming.

Louis has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper combination, tested negative for feline leukemia and AIDs viruses, and is neutered and front declawed. The woman who was going to give him to her mother has paid for all Louis's vet bills. All she wants is a home that will love him and buy the correct food for him to stay healthy and happy.
If you have room in your heart to take in this sweet boy you will not regret it! He is a complete sweetheart and loves to be near people. He will be living at the vet clinic until our client or we are able to find him a new home.
