He is less than 8 months old ... his adult canines are just starting to come in, which puts him between 5 and 6 months of age.

Taco is so much cuter than those pictures make him out to be. And he's such a little sweatheart!
Taco came out of animal control and was neutered right away. The next day he broke with symptoms of kennel cough. It has taken him quite some time but he is finally better. He had to have his antibiotic switched to something stronger and that did the trick. He is done coughing, there is no more nasal discharge, and his chest is now clear. He has a few more days of antibiotics and is then ready to go to his foster home for a short stay before heading to a forever home!

Update: Taco is a sweetheart. He is housebroke and very intelligent. Gets along with my dog, and cats. In fact tries to play with a couple of them. Within two days, he would "stay" and wait on a landing while I went down the steps. Also will stay on the landing while I open the door downstairs and let other dog outside. Working on him staying, with door open, until I tell him "OK". He isn't charging out the door, he is hesitating, but that is progress. Struts down the street on his leash, he isn't shy. He never got many "lovies" before, but he's decided he likes to get attention. Regular little lap dog. He isn't hyper, but he is playful.

Kira, hell. Taco thinks he is a giant and he is fearless, so I'm betting he will also love all the big kids as much as Kira. Susie will lay on the floor (my boxer) and he crawls right on top of her and wrestles with her. You are in for a lot of laughs, Doreen, or maybe a big headache. Depends on how you look at it. Either way, I can guarentee you won't be bored, I'm not.

New pictures of Taco. This shows how well I will stay on the landing when my mom tells me to. I just don't take good pictures. I am so hansome but it's hard to see that since I'm so black.
