Does anyone use surveymonkey for their adoption follow ups?

We just started using it and are very happy with it so far. Just wondered what everyone thinks, if they use it.

No but would be interested in the results..

Our results were very positive. But like anything else there is always room to improve.

you can set it up to ask whatever questions you would like. I think you get 10 questions for free anything after that I believe they charge a small fee. Danielle set it up for us and does a wonderful job maintaining it and sending the adopters the survey.

In our survey:

We asked how they heard about us

66.7% said petfinder! and 33.3 % said other! I was very surprised by this.

We asked while their pet was in the prison program, if they liked receiving updates about him or her.
66.7% said they strongly agreed
22.2% were neutral
and 11.1% their dog did not got thru the prison program.
