I'm making up a list of emergency numbers for the car since S.O. almost always carries the cell phone with him.

I'm having the report litter number at the top, but am also including numbers in case we see a dog locked in a hot car. Animal Control is the obvious answer for during hours, but what about after hours. Who do you call? I feel weird about calling 9-1-1. Though it puts you through the same way I prefer using the 7 digit number. Do you call county or city, etc.

I'm making this list for Bay, Saginaw, and Midland Counties since those are the places I'm at most often.

(And while I'm at it are there any other type of numbers I should include on the list? We usually have the DNR's number with us in the fall.)
