Michaela's brothers were thrilled when Michaela & I came home with our newest addition to our family, Kelly. Kelly has made herself quite at home and is a real sweetie! She loves to play soccer with the kids, and likes to romp in our meadow with us. Thankyou so much for rescuing these adorable pups, Kelly will be much-loved in our home!

Hello! Here's a picture of two of "Suzanne's Babies" a year after they were adopted (Kelly has the mostly brown coat & Buster is mostly white with brown spots. Kids Michaela & Byram are in the tree). When Kelly was old enough & had all her shots, we took her to the Bark Park in Lake Orion. During one of our visits, we saw another puppy with similar markings. We introduced ourselves to the owner & began asking questions while comparing our dogs. We were thrilled to discover they were sister & brother! We think Kelly & Buster remembered each other because they continuously ran circles around each other! Rebecca & her son Byram (Buster's family) traded phone numbers with Michaela & me to set up "playdates" for our dogs!

This picture was taken towards the end of summer of this year at the Bark Park during one of our "playdates" (the dogs are so happy to be there, they're smiling!). Both Kelly & Buster are WONDERFUL dogs! They both are very smart, very sociable, & great with kids. I take Kelly with me wherever & whenever I can, as she does NOT like to be left behind. She is a true companion, has a very calm, easygoing temperment, even tries to play with our cats! The kids love her so much! Rebecca & her family are very happy with Buster as well.

THANK YOU for rescuing these puppies last year! They are enriching our lives!

I can't believe how big they got! I remember them so tiny and wrinkly and cuddly. Wow, I am so happy for everyone Thank you for the update and pics! What a bizare coincidence to find her brother out there.

OMG, their beautiful!! I knew they would be, but never thought they would get so big! This is the first picture I've seen of them all grown up. I still remember the day I brought them to the rescue and that seems like yesterday. Time has gone so fast!! Thank you so much for sharing!!

Now those are two gorgeous puppies!! I absolutely love hounds and hunting breeds, and these two look like they have wonderful homes!

Here hoping Kelly's Mom Valerie and family will answer Buster email of being in a bit of bind and homeless again.. Only this time he not a sweet young puppy...
