I have forwarded a photo of one of our clients (Midland Animal Clinic) dogs that was involved in a terrible car accident in the Lawrence, MI area on August 23 near mile marker 52 and 54 on I-94. Her owners were seriously injured and both are doing fine, and are looking a lengthy recovery. They are very concerned because Gretchen is missing. Her companion dog, Sweetie, a mastiff, was also injured in the accident and is doing okay. She sustained injuries to the back of her head. Gretchen, the GSD pictured in the photo, is a gray sable and is about 95 pounds. She ran from the accident and is still running.
