What do I do if he is constopated and cannot poop it out? And what does it mean when he is havving a green gelatonis poop?

What does it mean when he is having green gelations poop? And is there a laxitive I can give him? We took him to a vet and the vet didn't know what the problem is either. and the vet gave him an Xray and the pig role isn't stuck because he completely digested it. but he is still constopated (hasent popped for 3 days). I would strongly suggest trying another vet.
