I would like to introduce you to my heart dog, Matthew. Matthew was rescued from a horrible miller in Chicago.. 102 poodles were keeped in the dark in a crawl space where they were breed for profit.. Part of the evidence was a chain saw with poodle blood on the blade..
Katy Bishop's Animal Friends rescued 9 of these little guys. He stole my heart and is my constant companion.. He has attended School with both my girls were he educated the children of the horrors the dogs in these mill suffer.. Bright light still bothers his eyes, and his feet bleed from the urine burns he suffered..
He makes me smile each and every day.. and has taught me so much in forgiveness and love.. He is the joy of my life.. and has won the hearts of all that he meets..

I just wanted to let every one see my heart.. This little boy can give me more joy even on my worst day.. But I can't explain it.. it is like the moment he came here I knew he was ment to be. I can't imagine life with out him.. For the girl that does not own dogs she just fosters . I tell you Matthew owns my heart!!! So I guess I still don't own him.. he owns me. and I would not have it any other way..

Sherri,
My heart goes out to you. I know how hard it is to loose the love of your life.
You gave Mathew the best years of his life. Keep the good memories close to your heart.
There is nothing that can anyone can say to ease the pain you are going through right now but know that you are not alone.
Rest in Peace Mathew.

Sherri:
With the losses that I have had lately, I know just how you are feeling. I have also found out that time wont heal anything.
About all that I can say is hang in there and continue doing what you do so well, RESCUING and Re homing DOGS!
I am sorry for your loss.
