Our sweet lovable Chippers, went to his new home with William and Gail Galambos in Lansing Michigan. He will have a buddy just his size and breed to play with named Rusty... Chippers was first rescued from Saginaw County Animal Control. He was adopted but his former mom has had a life change and joined the airforce to help our country so Chippers was returned.

We are sure these two guys will keep their family laughing and become the best of friends.

William has promised to send us updates as Chippers becomes the Newest family member..

Even before I got this link I went and got the page and sent it to the
whole family....

Rusty and Chip (We shortened his name) slept close together on the way
home.... and we got him a tag....with his name an d phone number on
it...and also got a new leash and they both have had Long walks. Chip is
a GREAT walker totally fun.... and they are having the usual getting
acquainted growls .... nothing serious...

We put Chip in the crate and Rusty in the kitchen and tested the Leaving
them for a few minutes.... Chip doesnt seem to mind it and they were
OK..

We are now sitting in the living room and Gail has them on the couch with
her.. One on each side..... we bought Chip his own KONG toy as Rusty
seemed REALLY possessive of his toys at first .... he needs to adjust
also... it will be fun for all four of us

Our daughter in FLorida is sooo excited she said she cannot wait to
get home....

Chip has a great personality but he was really skiddish around our
neighbor (a man) when we were walking around the block. but Dave is 6
foot 4 and was wearing a hat and shades... so Dave said he would
work to win Chip over. Dave is the father of the kids that take care of
Rusty sometimes..... but their daughter ALisha.... has dark hair and
is about the same age as your daughter... and Chip took RIGHT TO HER.....

Chip is doing well.. and we will have fun tonight with sleeping
arrangements

Thanks again for allowing us to adopt Chippers .... now CHIP

Rusty is now asleep at 800 PM and Chip is working on the KONG...

we finally got CHip to eat a little and he is a BIG DRINKER

Here is an update for you

Chip (formerly CHIPPERS) is getting along great. The fence is wonderful,
and he and Rusty are playing all the time..

Chip got into a little trouble when he decided it was OK to tug at the edge
of the linoleum under the desk and see how much he could pull up and eat...
but we repaired it and have it covered so he canot get to it again..

Chippers was shortened to CHIP.. and he is doing MARVELOUS..

We love him to pieces and spoil him rotten.... he and Rusty are the best of
buddies ....
